Managing multiple prescription and over-the-counter medications can be a very difficult task. There are numerous instructions and potential side effects to be considered. The MedsCheck Program is for Ontarians taking three or more prescription medications for a chronic condition. It allows elligible people to schedule a private discussion with a one of our pharmacists for up to 30 mins each year. Your Appleby pharmacist will go over the medications and how best to achieve optimum effect from them.

What to bring to your appointment:
OHIP Card
All prescription medications that you are taking
Any over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and/or herbal remedies that you are taking
